All uprights frames use rectangluar tubing for frame bracing.The closed box section is superior to open channels, round tubing,rods or angle bracing. Independent triangulation is achieved bywelding diagonals directly to columns, not to the horiontals.Rectangular tubing and independent triangulation are two importantfeatures that add up to years of durable and dependable service.
Beams use a minimum of three load bearing studs on each end plateto transfer loads safely to upright columns. These studs, inconjunction with teardrop keyholes, work together to draw the endplates securely against the upright columns, creating a tightconnection that reduces rotation and sway. Drive-in/drive-thrusupport arms, 6 inch step beams, and mezzanine support beams all usefour load bearing studs added safety.
